Product Overview
Our aerosol cone and dome components are manufactured using high-precision progressive die stamping technology on prime electrolytic tinplate. With an annual output of 1.5 billion pieces, each component undergoes strict dimensional inspection to ensure consistent neck profile, dome curvature and flange geometry across production batches.
We supply cones and domes in five standard diameters (45mm, 52mm, 57mm, 65mm, 70mm) with five thickness options (0.26mm to 0.40mm) to match different internal pressure requirements and can body specifications. Surface treatments include bare tinplate, gold lacquer, white interior coating and custom color finishes.
These components are designed for seamless integration with automated can body welding, bottom seaming and top crimping operations. Complete dimensional reports and material certificates are provided with every shipment to support your quality assurance documentation.
